Since I realized the amount of love I have for what happens around me in the world, I believe this is the one space where I can at least express it without waiting for somebody to listen.

Proud, Not So Proud

Things I Am Happy About:

I was at Wal-Mart the other day and was able to translate Spanish-to-English and back again for two Hipanic women and the store clerk. They were trying to buy a DVD for over 17 only and the clerk didn't believe the 28 year old woman was over 17...

Putting more physical activity into my week's schedule.

Not So Happy About:

That I don't have more to add under the first category.

That Fred Phelps is really and truly from Kansas and was wearing a Jayhawk windbreaker to cement it in a news clip from the case about the protests during the marine's funeral. I wanted to cry.

I was driving while unaware of my exhausted state of mind. That sharp turn on the down ramp between two major highways was not exactly the right place to "accelerate and merge".

The disorganization that is in the school's curriculum that is in turn creating a domino effect of the same kind in my life, i.e., my room, my car, my brain...

That I am blaming it on the school.

That I can cook but refuse to do it due to time constraints.

For some reason my groceries are costing more than me eating out at a restaurant...or the strange feeling that this is true.

I read the United States was okay with Egypt's nuclear program but not Iran's. Can't we just stay consistent so we can make sense?

I did not get to see Clinton Lake this past Monday when it was so gorgeous outside. That counts for two points.

There is way more on this list than I have time for.

I am wasting my time right now when I should be studying. Ok, back to work.
