You're so Nedy! But then again, it's understandable, cause med school can have that kind of an affect on a person.
Here's a suggestion: if you can't fly out to see your friend, you can buy your friend a ticket to come see you. It'll cost you the same, but it'll save you some time.

Lol, Sarah Kansas is not a place for you to spend vacation time...
It is said that the great Spanish Conquistadors that braved the Amazon Jungles, encountered indigenous people, suffered through disease and death through their long journey into North America eventually reached Kansas, took one look at it, and turned right back around where they came from. They were right: There is no gold here!
